Every website project includes some level of copy review so we can look at the messaging, structure, clarity, and overall verbal expression before design has to carry the whole damn brand on its back.
For some projects, a copy audit is enough. For others, we’ll write the copy from scratch. Either way, the words aren’t getting tossed in at the end like an afterthought. Absolutely not.
After the site is launched, we’re not gonna leave you holding the bag trying to figure out this new site all on your own. You’ll still have access to us via our project management portal for 15-30 days post launch, depending on your scope.
You’ll also get permanent access to your own personal video tutorial library showing, so you know how to update and maintain your website on your own.

And if the brand system needs a little realignment before we build around it, we can do that too.

For brands that do not need a full identity redesign, but do need a tighter visual system before the website gets built around it. This can include updates to your color palette, typography, or supporting brand elements so the site has a stronger system to pull from.

Now, you need the website.
We’ll audit the copy, look at the full picture, shape the site structure, design the pages, develop the site, and make sure your brand doesn’t look like it got dropped into a template and told to be grateful.

We design and develop a 4-8 page website in Squarespace, Showit or Webflow that brings the identity, copy, structure, and user experience together in one place.
We handle basic SEO implementation and provide the training library so you can actually use the site once it is live.
Timeline: About 5-8 weeks

Best for: Special events, campaigns, portfolios, newer businesses with a 1-2 offers, existing brands that need a separate landing page or mini experience.
Sometimes you just need a small-but-solid website that explains the thing, guides the visitor, and does not feel like it was thrown together in a panic.
We review the copy you bring to the project so the message, structure, and flow are doing their part before design gets involved.
We design and develop 1-3 custom or semi-custom pages in Squarespace, Showit or Webflow, built around the specific job this site needs to do.
Includes basic SEO implementation, revision rounds, and access to the website training video library so you can actually use the thing after launch.

The Website Audit gives you a clear, practical breakdown of what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and what needs to be tightened so your website can do a better job of helping people understand why working with you is the best choice for them.

If after 30 days of receiving your action plan you want us to take over the website reigns for you, the cost of your audit will be credited to your project.

You will get practical brand thinking, BTS reflections, and useful context from a human who’s built a bunch of them. F*bombs for flavor, obviously.
Do I need to have my copy ready before we start?
No! If you’re working with us on your copywriting, the copywriting process will happen after the project starts. Our copywriter will either be writing the copy for you, or you’ll be writing the copy for your website yourself using our website copywriting guide.
Can you work with my existing brand identity?
Yes! During our consultation call, we’ll discuss the state of your current brand identity and see if any additional elements or changes are needed to make the overall brand visuals more cohesive.
Can I start with just the brand identity and then reevaluate?
Yup! During or after your brand identity project with us, if you’d like to add on a new website and copywriting we can make that happen for you.
Do you offer payment plans?
All projects are broken into 4 equal payments. The first payment is due upon contract signing to confirm your project in our calendar, and the last project is due before the project ends.
What platform do you build on?
We currently build websites on Squarespace, Webflow, Framer and Showit.
What if I know my website is the problem, but I’m not ready for a full redesign?
If you’re not ready for a full redesign, there are a few routes you can take with us. The best place to start may be with a website audit so we can both meet up to see at where your website is working, where it isn’t, and how we can get it to a more cohesive place.
